Reviews applications, screens, and interviews job applicants to match experience with specific job-related requirements. Act as liaison with area employment agencies (including temporary agencies). Writes, places, and monitors job descriptions/postings and associated advertisements. Recruits for all exempt, non-exempt personnel, interns, and temporary employees. Prepare and maintain employee files, assuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality. Process and maintain all status reports and pay changes accurately.Įnsures the accuracy and processes bi-weekly payroll as well as all payroll reporting. ![]() Provide benefit orientations, open and ongoing enrollments.
